It's always happening, some top3 gets akilled for scripting, but what does this mean? If a top3 account gets akilled does this means the top3 allows their family members to script aswell?
As top3 you are the face of the family and should be an example for others.. So what if one of those 3 accounts get akilled?
should the family also be punished for it? And what would be a fair punishment?

I would say only the ones who sent you honour points. Cuz giving honour to scripters is just as bad as scripting yourself!
Top 3 should give the good example, make the crew rich. Not the script owners.

(or whatever the numbers are)
that way its not disproportionate, but also sends the msg that "top 3 scripting makes you look like a nonce more so than normal scripting"

The family already gets punished by loosing that rank and the famworth points that come from it. If the family already loses famworth points that is a fair enough punishment imo. Punishments such as taking the whole fam down would be too exaggerated and extreme. It would piss off much more fair players

well in that case more players would be more convinced to play fair so no need to piss off others just play fair \o/.

Yes I believe the family should get a punishment too. For example the family could lose 1-2 ranks? From 20 to 18 or so, so you have to unlock things again. As for now you only lose a small percentage amount of your family rank, so a harder punishment would maybe work.

i kinda like this idea though
i agree with katorze. but it should be something that can be undone/compensated if the account gets revived (doesnt happen often, but just to stay fair)
Grant got revive and some of the latest akilled accounts might get one too... Other than that +1 Vincej.

Nonsense, everyone knows scripting is illegal so if you do it you are the one making that choice, no top 3 is forcing u to do so!

But with the lackeys nowadays scripting is just plain stupid to do since lackeys are an allowed script right?
