It's always happening, some top3 gets akilled for scripting, but what does this mean? If a top3 account gets akilled does this means the top3 allows their family members to script aswell?
As top3 you are the face of the family and should be an example for others.. So what if one of those 3 accounts get akilled?
should the family also be punished for it? And what would be a fair punishment?

Yeah, and every person on their friendlist too. In fact, everyone they ever spoke with should be a-killed or atleast severly punished.

Yes, and pissing off fair players would be a great way of making them not liking those scripting mofo's. The scriptertops won't be liked, will have no members and in order for them to regain respect they can only start ranking fair and show people they can earn that respect. So yes, punish the family, and punish it hard.
The family already gets punished by loosing that rank and the famworth points that come from it. If the family already loses famworth points that is a fair enough punishment imo. Punishments such as taking the whole fam down would be too exaggerated and extreme. It would piss off much more fair players

Yes I believe the family should get a punishment too. For example the family could lose 1-2 ranks? From 20 to 18 or so, so you have to unlock things again. As for now you only lose a small percentage amount of your family rank, so a harder punishment would maybe work.
