I won't go too much into it just incase there is a few script kiddies out there, but its very possible to find scripters.

IP bans nah not on this game. Admins use these people like pawns for money then ass fuck them because they know they'll be back. All three of my brothers got IP bans for cheating on dayZ and other games on steam, they are fucked but if they come to omerta which they won't play this game they'd cheat and be able to come back as usual. Not enough people to ban ips in omerta without making money.

Those companies usually bribe people in order to obtain such information. Considering we are talking about a 12 year old dying game with less than 1000 players left and not even enough money to hire capable people to run it, i highly doubt they are able to pay off teamviewer for information :')
