I could give few version where outcome wasnt decided before LC. But point is powerhouse or not, pacting is a problem thats been around since 15+ years ago in all honesty. How to combat this without there being no consequential loopholes is difficult. Personally i think admins should move on to app based gaming system. the type that you download rather than it being web based with all these bugs happening nonstop. Just my two cents.
