It appears that Carneglia is under attack. In under two minutes, four of their offline Brugliones die.
In a spectacular first attack wave the Aspava and DIG alliances and their (so far) unknown allies take down many of Carneglia's finest, amongst which their First Lady Miu. More than 6 million bullets were fired or lost in the first ten minutes of the war.
Marazzino & Kurosawa+ is one of the first of Carneglia's long list of bloods to respond, but it might be too late to save the Carneglia family, as the rate at which their members are being picked off by their well-organized attackers hasn't dropped.

I had a long conversation in #help with badeendje and he told me what happened.
This morning there was a newspost(I missed it) indeed. They had removed the rankcap but the problem was everyone over 300% was back at 300%(completely). They gonna try now to remove the rankcap without people losing rp.
He also claims devs told them 5 times today already that rankpoints are not included(didnt say anything about rp), so I guess when only rp was in KA if everybody would have been back at 300, that would make the higher progressed players a lot weaker than they would be normally.
Therefor roleback was performed.
So, in short, as far as I came aware KA is not different from what is was. I'm afraid it's just a well-organized war. RIP on both sides o/

I had also a good conversation with Wildhorse.. after the not well-timed change, they had to put a Rollback, so nothing would had been changed. Neither the KA.
The cap would come after reset, misscommunication between management and developers
