Alatriste and Unexpected may be sisters (I would argue not but its a long time since that and won't discuss more) so they can be downed. But when they merged as Andronova it can't be a sister family now. It is the correct way to go from start.

Also last version 3 families merged and got HOF at the end of the version. So if crew does anything it is inconsistent.

Just like how it happened with Alatriste and Unexpected, Crew deemed them as sisters, downed them a merge happened and now its correct with the rules.
