As first families started to pop up, the real discussed rumors were amongst the Detroit families getting suicided on by the families who supposed to have claimed the city and it's spots before any families went up.
What looks to be the Real First war of the version is the unfolding of these rumors.
Liberta is launching an offensive versus Siberia, though with the newly formed 40k capped limit for Local Chiefs to shoot, lots of Liberta's gangsters are failing in backfire.

There's a difference between thinking something's a good idea and taking advantage of a bad idea.

Got nothing to do with the ability for smaller families to do more damage. If the smaller family has the stronger accounts it's still better off attacking at brug. The only people for who suiciding with 60k at lc really is a benefit is for those who done fuck-all to their account. They can just lackey up and take out a player that has actually invested in his account at that rank. Admins prevented that. And for people bringing up the good ol' days when you could properly suicide at lc: if you didn't do a fucking thing to your account back then you wouldn't even reach lc in time to suicide on the better players. All these bullet caps are doing is giving lazy rankers less off a chance to finish off the more driven rankers, hard to see how anyone can disagree with that.

btw, this is what the game really needs as i observe on obn. Wars are so predictable, shooting bloods, complicated relations such as allies ( what ever that meant back in the old days, i never got the concept, i ve seen so many wars allies vs allies ).
