It all started a few days ago when Teckna attempted to make some changes to speed up the lackeys. Immediatly after brqzL became the first gf of the version, rumors started to spread that actually Smul had to become the first gf but this didn't happen because his booze and narcs lackeys didn't make any attempts to buy for 4 straight hours, causing him to lose a lot of rankpoints.
Last night and this morning the problem seems to escalate. People are constantly getting messages from the booze and narcs lackeys that they are waiting on new prices or are too stoned to do something, which resulted in most people's lackeys stopping at around 6 am this morning.
This itself of course is a problem, but the real problem is even bigger. It is rumoured, but after a lot of futile attempts we still can't confirm this, that even though those two lackeys aren't doing anything, they are still taking credits. If this is true, this bug causes players to lose real-life money.
Helpers in #help have already said that credits lost due to bugs will not be refunded.

The only way Omerta Crew would change their minds if we all stop buying DCs completely. But since the #wesaidnotosluggs days, nothing really happened on that matter, and if we weren't able to put a 'strike' then, we won't be able to do it in the future :) It is pointless when people lose money and it can't be refunded by the game itself. A lot of money is getting on the omerta account, but they are not investing enough in the developers so they are testing things 'by the way', only damaging the players that way. But we are addicted, so we accept anything they give to us. As same as last version when that guy hacked accounts and DELETED money, they couldn't help it :) Complete database does not need a reconstruction, it needs to be rebuild from the ashes...

Unfortunately, lackeys make too much money at the moment and thus Brando will probably ask a lot of money when someone wants to buy Omerta. Wrongly I think, because this uprising of their income won't last forever thanks to lackeys making the game less fun.
Please don't talk too excessive/detailed about scripts here guys, keep it on topic. If you talk about scripts because it has to do with the subject (for instance "when a rankscript spends credits at least it does somethnig...") then it's fine, but not if this situation is just used to advertise for a specific script.

lackeys II first got introduced on .nl and imo they where hardly tested. In the first week only half of the lackeys even worked and they simply said: yeah there is some bugs, don't use lackeys and if you already did well bad luck you're not gonna get any thing refunded !done

They has this policy everytime, last version there was a bug when your acc died and lackeys still ran you didnt got those credits back.
I reported it teckna didnt even bother to look at it, now suddenly that problem is fixed, did anyone ever saw 1 credit back from their dead account ?

if you gonna rewrite all omerta's bad coding you might aswell start your own maffia game, since most of the sript is as oldas the game lol ._. most bugs that are found now have been there for ages
