Omerta's new help system is faster and simpler

All gangsters need no more to step away from Omerta's game environment to fully access the game's knowledge base (either from a desktop or a mobile device)

From now on, tickets are not the way to report other players: There's a new feature on every gangster profile to directly send a report to the Crew.

The ticket system is also better. In the unlikely event the game's knowledge base doesn't answer your problem, just send us a ticket.
Your in-game inbox will warn as soon as the reply arrives.

We're also bringing back the possibility to directly message the Crew members.

And sure, you can write us in portuguese, dutch or turkish, but know that your reply will move quicker if the question lands in english.
