The Hijacker seems to be Jason and changed the name of the family to Outshit.
Update: Another Outfit family got killed. This time Outfit rulez goes down after Don Dave started Casino in their city and killed their don.

Well if you look at the state of OBN and the game itself, I think he's the only reporter who still want's to make war reports because the rest can't be arsed to do so and rightfully so.
