A kill done by Redd initiated a slow suicide phase by Oceans onto Latitante+ families.
Story goes that Redd killed an Oceans member earlier.
After a deal was negotiated but a possiblity of suicides loomed, Oceans agreed to kick possible suiciders out of the family. Those accounts were cleaned by Latitante+ rankers slowly.
The Don of Oceans decided to move along and kill Redd (Deathbase Family) anyways after that initial deal was done, while the Consig tried to kill Yamac (Libertan Don). This was seen as an act of War by Latitante and the situation escalated from there.
Update #1: Leviticus joined the fun and aimed at Oceans in the ensuing firefight.
Questions were raised about what is Difference going to do in regards to their as1 being so bluntly cleaned.
Update #2: Seems Difference is shooting Leviticus for shooting Oceans? Will Leviticus get help from Latitante?

Leviticus could survive pretty easy , they just had to accept a list with members which other fams want dead .
