I've hired roughly 80,000 detectives, all for 5 hours this Tuesday night. I can imagine some people went even more ham on the detectives screen. I can't say it wasn't fun, but considering that there are detective agency raid spots I understand it's something they'll have to fix eventually.

Thats why there should be a buy limit. Say it takes 1 week to spend 5k credits on lackeys running on crimes + cars, Then make it possible for the low ranks to buy 1 dc a week for the discounted price. If u want to buy more dc's then you pay full price.
So if your mobster friend wants to rank he can't buy dc's for others.
And make it so u have to have a minimum online time for the accounts, so people cannot have thief dupes just to buy dc's with. Or have it so that discounted dc's on obay goes straightly into your lackeys, so u cant pass on the dc's.
Something like that so it cannot be abused :)

Ye, you could always sell your bullets. That will give u dc's for a few weeks. At the time u then reach brug u got zero bullets, and still have to use most of the money you gain from b/n and group crimes, on dc's.

The higher ranks u get the more u have to pay. The ones who donates and sells on obay still will get a whopping 10mill pr dc. And the lower/weaker ranks will still be able to buy one and re-rank.
I think this will make more people re-rank and make versions last much longer.
Or the credit via group crime is also a good idea.
But as it is now, 10mill a dc. It's way to high for re-rankers.
Myself when my lackeys run out of credits i'll have to rank manually. I refuse to donate my own money for a re-rank account. And i think alot of people are thinking the same.
Then i'd rather keep my bullets, kill low ranks like myself and rank manually and use 3months to brug.
