Update: Right now 28 fams are able to start and Bramblerose told in their latest newspost they will add another 5 tomorrow. There will be a VOTD about how many there will be able to start later...
It seems like the fam.limit atm. is 14 families in total, but this won't be the ultimate amount of families ingame, so it will be raised, it seems like.
The admins have said, that more will be announced in an upcoming news post.
So people have to be patient and await what's going to happen.

It is rumoured that the amount of families would increase/progress during the version. This has not been confirmed yet!

The limit was initially 16 but they realized that was not enough for .com so it has now been increased to 23.

so in the mean the rest of us can rank up to lc+ and become possible ks target....i'm 70% assa so the minute i noticed this famous fam limit i fired lackeys and stopped ranking because i don't feel like getting killed for ks :/
and even if they change their mind about fam limit i'm retired for this version because i've lost to much progress allready. I'll stay around with my friends, doing oc or heist just for fun and guess what... only 11 clicks will do for that so no more dc's needed :)

It is unbelievable to me that they can make such a radical change like this without consulting the players. But whats even more shocking to me is that they make such a change and dont even notify the players. Just another slap in the face.

This disgusts me. I just had to tell someone that had rank slutted for days that they will not be settling fam this evening anymore...
