Just because you haven't seen the messages doesn't mean there hasn't been any :-) in this case all they can do is wait for their supplier to answer and give them a new server/ip - in this case it has nothing to do with the compentence/lack of competence from the employees

Their empleyees should be educated enough to work a faster solution than this. And most of all respecting the people who paid for them to keep this game alive and give them some answers.
Been nearly 4 hours since the ddos and there haven't been a single message from admins/devs to the players in #help. That's just disrespectul and taking people's money for guaranted

It's been said plenty of times already now, getting protection from DDOS attack is practically impossible for a small company like omerta, if you look at the major companies and websites/servers that get ddos'd even though they have billions, how could a small company protect themselves? DDOS attacks are just very easy to execute for anyone who has access to a large network.

The game get paid so much from dc's of the players, and they can't even secure the safety of their product, other than a spa treatment for teckna what do they really do with the profits?

i think that the game probably won't go up till tommorow.
