Any family, it shouldn't be like you have to find a next victim everytime your war is over. You recover and when someone has messed around with you or forms a threat for your family, you observe them for a bit and if you're sure they are a threat you make plans to shoot them.
This counts for every family. If I have a family in a different city than Detroit and my family is tiny, I'm not going to worry about Vaffanculo or Ascension... I'm going to see if I can get a spot in my city and I'll look if there's a family that I can shoot for that in the same city.
That's how this game is supposed to work, if you're small, you start small, you start with getting spots and when you get bigger you can become a threat for bigger families. When that happends you might have to start planning against the bigger families.
People on this game just think about shooting everyone down as fast as you can to force a reset. It's a mafia game, not a reset fun.. Small families vs small families should be possible and small families should be able to play without interference of big powerhouses (unless the small familiy takes something that is property of the powerhouse ofcourse).
Everyone should play their own game and not the game of a pact.

Any family, it shouldn't be like you have to find a next victim everytime your war is over. You recover and when someone has messed around with you or forms a threat for your family, you observe them for a bit and if you're sure they are a threat you make plans to shoot them.
This counts for every family. If I have a family in a different city than Detroit and my family is tiny, I'm not going to worry about Vaffanculo or Ascension... I'm going to see if I can get a spot in my city and I'll look if there's a family that I can shoot for that in the same city.

yeah in 2.1 - 3.0 it was fun yes but well after 3.0 it started dieing...
