War goes pretty slow, as the plans leaked and the defenders are "hiding" offline in their hometown. The attackers only try to shoot the online targets to minimize damage loss.

Bulslhit. Brando is talking about things he doesnt know of.
The problem now is that accounts are too close to eachother..a noob with 60k is just as strong as someone with 400k because of the rankcap. The 60k noob is even stronger than the one with 400k if he is in hometown/villa.
Oh well, just shoot and hope:D

Well i fought many wars this vers and it somehow we managed to get them online and our enemies managed to get us online to shoot or even shot smart to kill us even while offline ,
if they hoping for a clean war , 3.2 is not the vers to look for it

offline targets are harder to kill. if u get attacked and everyone comes online, that makes things easier to shooters right? maybe that shows kuro is not "kamikaze"

never 1 offline account should be stronger, it should mean you got caught with guard off, and so easier to kill.
