WELCOME TO ROUND #18!

Some important changes:

Hall of Fame
Instead of the winning family reward, we have now a podium for families and we moved the stars to the families (family profile).

Individual stars for the don, top ranker, top killer and top buster will remain the same, but if a family wins a star it will go to their family profile.

By adding a podium, families #1, #2 and #3 share a prize from the prize pool. The prize pool is a certain amount of lackeys credits and the system will work on the following principle:
- Family #1 gets more, #2 a bit less, #3 fewer and they all get the 3 types of stars. If there are no families #2 or #3, then family #1 takes the whole prize pool.

With the family prize being based on price pool for all members, family vouchers cease to exist.

Other changes regarding Hall of Fame
- Don and members need to be at family for 50% of their account lifetime. This includes rebirth accounts as well once this time will be associated with the master account. This way, don of a family will be the account that held that position the longest, whether he is on rebirth account or not;
- Family name changes are allowed only in case of a hijack;
- If one family has 10 admin kills that family goes down;
- The HoF awards can be cancelled after admin reviewal if an anti-game pattern is noticed (blooding/allying more families than possible enemies, creating a lockdown).

New features/adjustments:
*Bustout outcome messages have different colors now - successful bustout will be shown in green and failed in red color
*Lackey page has' fire all' button
*Rank of attacker and defender will be shown now on your kill page
*Cooldown timer will now be shown on the general lackeys page
*Lackey page is more mobile friendly
*Users online page now shows families and ranks
*It is now possible to cancel race if you are in a different city then when you started it
*Safehouse cooldown now displays on Kill page
*Top2 and successor will be automatically removed in case of Hijack
*New rank requirement for Godfather and Capodecina ranks

Bug fixes:
*You are able to attend wedding only if you were not involved in shooting in last 24 hours
*When family is admin killed only one family forum will be created (instead of 2)
*Family will show on Casino Management Panel
*Milestone catch-up progress bar will show immediately
*Omerta clock and plating countdown will now show in every browser and mobile
*Added kill milestone requirements on milestone's page
*Fixed wrong error message related to Top3 being frozen
