If this were a 30+ fam version without any pacts, I'd love this move too.
As it is, Prophecy have just wasted a potential pact enemy, alot of bullets, and marked themselves as a sensible next target for the pact.

Meh, it's not like prophecy is gonna win this version, so they might aswell have a little fun for their family. In fact if 80% of the game played like this, there would be no pacts. Just some bastards sucking dick in famchans to get people to join their bloodline, with no response.
