admins don't have to allow users to sell DCs through IRC, do they? They could bind DCs to accounts, and allow buying and selling only through Obay. For some reason, they're not doing that, and randomly pick a few accounts to be akilled every version because they ran into the wrong buyer. I'm sure that decision has nothing to do with possibly decreasing sales figures or anything.

Well, admins said again and again, don't sell dcs on IRC. Everyone knows the risk of that. Or else every single acc funded by proxies could just use the "Oh ehm but I sold them dcs."
Sell dcs through obay and ur sure not to be caught and akilled. Recieve huge amount of money from proxy accounts, and there is no way to say if ur funded or sold dcs (usually they don't activate the DC on that acc).
In this case I don't know if it is straight up funding, or some dcs actually been sold to these proxies, anyways, everyone knows the risk of that, it happens every time...

You're right about not selling them over IRC, because Omerta forces you to prove your innocence, rather than making the correct decision on their own.
I find it hard to believe that an admin cannot track down a donation code on their own.. Either the admins are uselss, or that guy really was cheating.
