Which kind of protection would help in this situation?
Something that would not involve limiting the shooting limit (60k), we've implemented it in smaller versions but I wouldn't like to see it in bigger versions.
Open to any feedback as we would love to resolve this issue, indeed.

Take points obtained from shooting bullets at your first account over to your rebirth account so active people who shot a lot during wars etc will have an advantage reranking over inactive accounts who died shooting less bullets.

Considering their bloods, all Siberia had to do was kill Madmax. No one else can could take their don. They shot first - now their don can stay online without worrying about dying from a single shot. That translates into opposing dons having to stay in villa, which means their CD's can stay online and hunt as well.
Siberia had to shoot Persico first, so good move on their part.

Madmax still was able to shoot and instead of shooting our don, he choose to kill our consiglieri. At that point we lost our Sottocapo (killed by Okidoki, nice kill) and Consiglieri (killed by Madmax). Imo if Madmax killed Dayton, Persico/Lusa would have had an advantage considering Dayton later raped all their CDC's and Gf's even though Siberia lost 2 top20 CDC's at that point, while Persico/Lusa still had those strong accounts.

Second: rebirth gets 70% of the cash and 60% of the bullets from old account.
Prizes on Obay are too high for a rebirth.
Rather see rebirth accounts have some kind of Lex advantage (without having to buy the bodyguard) of getting more money doing bn runs than having a certain percentage of their previous account.
