If you claim it's pacting you should've perhaps tried not shooting Righelli/Lucchese for a change. If you had actually shot at Propecy or messina yourself you would've seen some families alive now wouldn't jump in. Just like for example prime/prophecy never jumped in for Lucchese (as example).
This isn't pacting, the families that are alive now are oke with Righelli being the winner since they deserved it. Now if the attacking families wouldn't be so simple to make the same mistake 3-4 times, perhaps the outcome would've been different.
