The predominant mentality ain't predominant no more, it has got serious rivalry. So many fams with less bloods this version. They'll form a majority next version, if they didn't this vers already. Just keep it up.
Further there'll always be a remaining quantity which keeps massblooding. It would be naive to expect the opposite. How good that people know solutions to this (1st red war).

Well, if they aren't shooting each other, but are shooting together constantly, then it might be reasonable to consider them as some kind of pact - perhaps just with individualt tops....
