As Everyone can see there is a whole new design and the frames are replaced. Behind the scenes are way more things changed.
We from OBN had the chance to help a omerta developer yesterday by beta testing, finding bugs and trying exploits.
We found several bugs who were fixed inmediatly and 1 exploit who also got fixed.
I understand there are some problems still but we from OBN know he is working hard to solve every single thing. This is due the old code must be made compatible with the new framework.

Welcome to this new round of Omerta.
Besides a totally new lay-out, there are no changes/ new implementations which means that you know the game and can get started straight away!
There are 40 spots available for families to start with, if you guys think this is not enough just let us know. All casinos are open from the start and buyable by the players, no Obay/crew casinos this round. You all had the chance to vote about this, first one swearing at crew for this decision will get an ip ban for a year.

PS. Although we don't expect anything strange to happen, the new lay-out might cause some small glitches in the game. We will receive an automatic report when an error happens and make sure we will fix it with first priority.
PS2. It's not possible yet to upload profile pictures, we're working on this as we speak.

a way to make omerta faster:
open your task manager
go to processes
find your flash container or w/e for FF
right click => cancel/quit process
don't F5 omerta after
cuz then you'll refresh Flash for the tab, and thus be slow again
