It was not friendly ;) PRLG was just used the week before to kill of NA after that there use for ccce was over(I know it's a bit more complicated but in a nutshell) :p

LoL had this discussion before , basicly make the endgame so that only one fam survives and all praise that fam and point it out as winner. This would probebly cool of the love between certain fams which don't shoot each other out because of politics not because they like each other.

Nothing wrong with friendly competition, I believe CCCE also did that with their bloods PRLG in 2.2 (Tho' I'm not sure if it was friendly) to determine who won the version
It was not friendly ;) PRLG was just used the week before to kill of NA after that there use for ccce was over(I know it's a bit more complicated but in a nutshell) :p
