IMO the 'spectator' fams have begun to turn into an epidemic! SOME fams (I shall be diplomatic here and shall not mention names) with fighting pedigree have began to 'hold back' and play shepherd to the 'sheep' fams - (the ones who don't have the capacity or will to make large scale wars happen)

It's , again - imo a deep set mentality in an abundance of fams whom only fight when the odds are on their side and the rewards are fruitful and pretty certain.
Some people may argue diplomacy over aggression wins a version and this seems to be the overriding notion noways.

But some of us like a bit of fun and can leave tomorrows thoughts for when the sun rises...

in short my points to improve the pace of the game, (for thoes who need the motivation)
- Idd, make KS an advantage comparative to the accounts combat across all ranks - no mighty GF/FL who has shot shit but is loaded to the max!, OR maybe make Godfarther / Firstlady rank only achievable at a set Kill skill percentage ?
- Make the strength (defense) of an account dependent on the % it is manually ranked
- Make the rewards of war more tempting - i.e. the objects back to their once mass profit status, this may include a cap on poker or the total removal of it - doubt this will be a popular option , but i'm no poker player and as a top - the problems it does bring give me an headache xD

Instead of arguing about spectator fams, we should consider possible solutions to the problem. What would help create less spectator families? Killing Skill which is implemented on deathmatch could be a consideration. People who shoot have the advantage over spectators due to killing skill going up every kill and therefore can still gain the advantage over spectators.

Another problem is the fact offline people are stronger than online one's, this makes people cower away in their villa's instead of activily participating in wars whenever they can. I would think a "Sandman" kill(killing someone in their sleep) would be easyer than killing someone out in the open. But at the moment it's quite the contrary, it's devastating to see that all your hard work and ranking resulted in dying in a lackey's accounts backfire.. just because he's offline (I've seen it happen a lot this version).

Making a war should be fun, since we all play this game since we love war(We all do right?). The planning and careful execution of a war resulting in a victory is something a family can be happy about and reinforces their confidence and self-efficacy.

You're forgetting the Vinci/pres/liberta collective whom countered on Venture were already beat up from 3 weeks of near constant warfare in a defending, and attacking for their bloods capacity.Whereas Venture had been cutting off the blood circulation in their hands by sitting on them for going on 3 months. Vinci fought till their fight was in a debt! What followed is a total contrast and insult to such masterful gameplay - with 'spectator' fams taking the reins and making 3.2 the most lethargic and un-spirited version in a very long time!

-Venture we're also calling for a ceasefire well before your reported 90% loss :D

So after venture lost 90% of their brugs in that Vinci/pres/liberta counter they reranked and were the first fam to counter on #1 liberta a few weeks later changing that entire war making the attackers the defenders, that was lame tho prolly?

People talked about counter back than cuz no one expected Vinci to shoot, day after we shot Violenza, and two weeks after war marathon with god knows how many families. Vinci's counter wasn't big or great and it was only part of actual counter, but it moved some other fams to counter too. That's why ppl talked then about that counter attack back then.

You wonder why Xzone and Traffi dont shoot on Andalusia? Maybe shoot Temp as well since they would probably defend. I'd include Gambino but Traffi is bloods. But nevertheless, it seems there is plenty of firepower to at least take out anda and a blood or 2 of theirs.
