he didn't even in pg 2 before and after plating and get rank star ahahahahahahha
crew made smth wrong like always. I think they revived his account with milestones, he took these and become rank 1. this is a bug. if you levi guys are reliable, respected and honest like you said, let's create a ticket and tell them "there is a bug, we didn't deserved this star".

Sry we are at party celebrating Smoker star we will create ticket at monday.

And yes he gets rp when he was revived(rp witouth group crimes just lackeys)
and he was not pg2 he was rp10 before he gets killed by dupes.
