What is quiet upsetting, well as upset as you can , with an online game, is that a family renowned throughout the omerta world for duping is leading. What are the others thinking? People always say this about the fam that's #1, why killing the other fams, you helped #1 fam to become #1 bla bla bla... Fact is 1 fam has to become winner, it's easy to blame the rest for letting that fam win. If they had attacked Lusa from the start instead of for example Anarchy maybe Anarchy would be #1 now you would be saying "what are the others thinking, they ignored Anarchy" bla bla bla.
Moreover Lusa may be well known for duping, many other fams are massively cheating also though (even massive duping). Sharing, funding, duping is done by almost all the big fams, if you want to blame a family for cheating blame them all. I wish fams stopped with cheating, but that's whisfull thinking and won't ever happen sadly.

This is my first version back since 2.2. I was excited to see that I could rank while offline (which sadly for me is often due to job, kids, sleep, etc). Once I hit Brug, I realized I didn't have the same connection to my account that I did back in the day. I think it's this detachment that leads to huge fam kill-offs so early in a version, basically killing the version before it has a chance to gain any traction.
Between Lackeys and the fact there are 2-3 other Omerta sites, the number of players is woefully small compared to when I last played. The Portugese and Dutch were a major factor back in the early versions. Now, it's mostly Turkish and a small percentage of Europeans/Americans. I'd love to see them limit the amount of times lackeys can be active and slim back down to just .com and DM. The player base would get bigger and the versions would probably last a lot longer.
