what I believe he is trying to say is, Congratz on the win Siberia, you reported Siya to the admins for cheating, You would never win if you hadn't got the Siya family akilled. What I think he may have missed out, is that there is no smoke without fire. So if siya weren't cheating the admins would not have found any cheating. As much as I find Siberia an almighty pain in the hole I don't think they can make families get akilled :)

Online timer is here to control human - like behavior and it works the same way it worked before. If you pass the limit of 34h of online time in 48hours period, system will punish you automatically by taking % of your rank progress made.
