It's not easy to develop an OCR for the captchas at all. That's fairly advanced and CS-heavy coding. Definitely not something you'd be doing just for your own private script, unless you're insane and value your own work at $0/hour. You'd probably get a cheaper solution renting a rankslave in some third-world country.
If you're gonna use typers instead, you'll end up with something like rs that's way too slow to compete with manual busters.

Im Carnival, bet I met many of you in some circumstance. Since 2.2.
I have played with some great leaders, I mostly love Yama, though he new how is bad english was, he fought in this channel + fingon.
Maskado will not like to be 2nd, but he follows 3 other great leaders. Cynakur, Fruitbat and I dont remember nick, from Arizona!
I would like to thank all I have played with, Abruzzi, Coronado, Salvato, Kerberos, Provenzano (traffi :( ) and a few more, and Mostly my friends in Nazdrovia.

You're atleast 1.5 year late.
Yes still a lot of scripting is going on in 2015 , scripting is still widely spread among the .com community (yes many many more use lackeys then scripts, but still scripts are commonly used. Yes you have lackeys, but apperently a lot of people still find it necessary to have fast car nicks and do bust outs with a script. Admins act please against these cheaters. We want a nice way on the pillory next version.
There is a reason that rankscript website is still in the air, it is still making great profit otherwise it would be out the air long time ago.
