By coincidence, I did find some IRC logs showing Zack's RP position as of a couple of days ago:

Let's also take a guess and say that Zack did manual crimes for about 10 hours every day. Manually, you could do a crime every minute and 30 seconds. Lackeys do a crime about once every minute and 45 seconds. That means about 15 seconds saved on every crime.
Now the version is 5 days old, with 10 hours of manualing every day that's 60 * 60 * 10 * 5 = 180,000 seconds. With 90 seconds per manual crime, he'd get a total of 2k crimes done in that time, versus 1.7k with lackeys. That gets him about one third of the way to Leonardo's number of bust. Add to that manual car nicks and you're probably half way there. Additionally, he has somewhere between 2.5 and 5k busts, which accounts for another 25%-50% of the gap. And let's not forget that a lot of busters don't do any b/n for a while at the lower ranks to avoid the b/n limit hitting too early, meaning Zack might have gotten more b/n rp as well.
So yeah, there's that. Do I get some kind of Nobel Prize for Mathematics or something? God I'm awesome.
