Why not just buying 1k bullets manually and 400 with sluggs this race form doesnt make any sense at all it is given randomly with heists and races are also random won. Getting 100% with races is hard and with heist is just having luck. So no one wants to lead anymore with heists.

Also your sugestion is not good cuz limiting lackeys over manual will give more handycap to ilegal scripts.

400 * 20 = 8k
for dupes 8k bullets a day is big amount. dupes for funding/suiciding/expanding purposes will still be there
this rule didnt solve anything.
rankers are already doing regular heists. they will drive the car thats all
but better then nothing

It's also good to mark them, from now on, a rookie will have a bullseye for dupe. Also good for wars, rookie will be marked as less dangereous or even as empty accounts.

And a few more pluses if I keep thinking, you should do the same...
