The game has been in this version for 103 hours now, so that means 99,3 hours online. So he only has slept for like 3.7 hours in 4 days and the rest of the time he has been online.
Or multiple people are playing on that acccount or someone really had no sleep for 4 days. Regarding the cheating in this game i choose to believe the first option, although i could be wrong, but that ontime after 4 days is a bit crazy.

The reason most people assume the top players are cheating is because nobody can understand why someone would rank for 10 hrs a day.
After all, one crime every 90 seconds is intensive to combine with something else.
But on the other hand, most people will reach a point in their life when they can spend that much time without any issue.
