The family was handed over because the previous Don already had a HOF star, btw. We didn't know about the top killer change until after it was handed over. There's also precedent for this decision, Smul in 4.4, who definitely isn't related to Siberia in any way.

And siberia knows next version Maraz will return and suicide on all before they become LC.

I don't think Gamb and mau blooded, probably gamb went through the same scenario, knowing link and terencio is sib tops. No point in cleaning a fam who doesn't have an impact on the game. Smart Choice is to sit back and see if sib is willing to stab for the star again or not.
and i dont remember when siberia stabbed. i just remember Akills just before Rom/Reset (there was no ROM in the version which is the 1st star for Siberia)
theres only 2 options left for Siberia to get the star 3rd time, thats stabbing or akill both Gambino/Onibmag don.. (if there will be akill(s), then it will be in the correct time (just before the reset/last day of ROM), so no chance to be #1 for gambi+).

Suddenly new top killer (instead of Kurosawa FL) (4.75; you knew it and u did handover the don position. guess how?)
The family was handed over because the previous Don already had a HOF star, btw. We didn't know about the top killer change until after it was handed over. There's also precedent for this decision, Smul in 4.4, who definitely isn't related to Siberia in any way.
