Having more accounts play from same IP address is not duping, at least it wasn't considered so while I played.
Those accounts can not be punished unless they do hiest/oc/moc together or send money/hpz to each other. Also if I remember correct you can't have each other in testament.
During 2.3 2.4 and 2.5 I had 10+ friends playing from same internet cafe with same IP and not one of them got akilled.

Same IP is not always duping some block of apartments that provide internet connection incuded in the rent have the same ip. Furthermore the game doesn't let accounts using the same ip interact. And btw most dupers are really well organised as i have seen so far they just use ip spliters and they can actually perform all actions in the game...

Never. The bring in cash for brando, as long as they lackey run, no reason for Brando to hunt them down.
If they were interested in killing dupes, marazzino would lose at least 40% of their accounts, same with some other fams. Not sure why you sort out Faffie as duper fam, Coccada, Lucchese etc. probably 80% of the fams in this game have their fair share of dupes in them.
Latest deaths and Frontpage are off since earlier today.
