That it's undetectable doesn't make it legal. Our legal system would be rather screwed up if this were the case. You're simply not allowed to have dupe accounts - just directly from the disclaimer you sign when registering: "You may not: (1) Register more than one active account per person."

lets say that u've an account and u play 1h per day, u do crimes, cars, heist/oc/moc, bullets and irc. i use that samehour to screw ppl on heist, and im pretty sure im not the only one doing this, just check Lusa, 99% omerta players knows they dupe/script/chea/share.

i hope that u don't think all those accounts wih + 80% online time, that they rly have a player online playing 20% hrs per day, if so sry to tell u but u're very naive.

lol i only need firefox, i disconnet my home ip, change to other, do the dairly heist and if is a good heist i keep the money for myself
since iam the leader, transfer the money to another account using the poker and done. repeat this step on all my accounts, then i connect my main account with my home ip. all legal :D

you can maybe add for the ka a variable that is kind of random and either buffs the attack or the defense, depending on timing. The more you get attacked in a set span the more your defense lose, the same goes for the other way round offense wise. Fullstrenght in first shot and with every other you lose a bit of power. That resets than every 6/12/? hrs.

Ontime means really nothing...just that he has a omerta tab open.
Furthermore if you really wanna do the restrictions based on ontimes you have to do it both ways...1% can't shoot 40% and 40% can't shoot 1% ;-). Which would make it dumb, because the fams have to consist of people with high ontime and lowontime.


I would really like something like a diplomacy thing.
You can make binding non-shooting aggreements and ig you can't shoot the fams you aggreed with for the set time. Same with tribute payments and declaring wars. Any fam can join declared wars on either side and can only attack the enemy side until the war is over...fams down or non-shoot aggreement between the initiators. That would make the whole fam situation abit less complicated in wars. Backstabbing is still possible outside non-shoot aggreements.
