and u ask why didnt admins a-killed you yet? easy
cos i've access in my bulding to several thompson wireless ip's. passwords? easy googlestore and search for thompson wireless unlocker pw
so all my accounts have diferents ip's, who needs teamviewer.
all the dupes accounts r to suicide, and stocking money/bullets until i find a nice target i dont care about his fam, what can they do? famless 0 hp's 0 msgs, yeah yeah go put several rih's there

you can maybe add for the ka a variable that is kind of random and either buffs the attack or the defense, depending on timing. The more you get attacked in a set span the more your defense lose, the same goes for the other way round offense wise. Fullstrenght in first shot and with every other you lose a bit of power. That resets than every 6/12/? hrs.
Ontime means really nothing...just that he has a omerta tab open.
Furthermore if you really wanna do the restrictions based on ontimes you have to do it both ways...1% can't shoot 40% and 40% can't shoot 1% ;-). Which would make it dumb, because the fams have to consist of people with high ontime and lowontime.

Putting restrictions on shooting for percentage of online time would be terrible move. It can be abused on so many different ways, and it's pretty obvious why is it so easy to abuse. Same as putting restriction on how much bullets you can shoot each rank.
Any account in this game should be able to die from other ones, especially before they reach highest rank. That's how game was for years, and there's no point changing that. If you died by a suicider as LC or Chief you aren't either 1st or last one that had suicides happen to you.
There are more dynamic ways to make shooting, killing and surviving more interesting and rewarding, but devs need to think further from just keeping old pattern. Imo one of most boring things in this game is double backfire, that thing right there makes game stale. Changing KA's in versions or favoring attackers is just fixing existing problem. Best counter play for double bf is that you hope KA is attacker friendly, shoot 60k and check what's ur luck that day. They should make backfire stronger, but remove double backfire from game imo. There could be options on backfire to make people feel more safe, but double backfire is imo toxic for game play.
Building your account for your plans, so you can't go full offensive and defensive at same time (not just bodyguards), would be nice move in direction of making things more interesting. I still think Rob/Mia, C4 and panic room were moves in right direction but they were given up way too easy and without further exploring what can be done in making accounts more different one from another without just having rp and bullets different on them. There should be way for counter plays from one player to another, that would open so many chances of different game plays, different war planning and different outcomes.
Killing and surviving could be more dynamic with more things brought into the game, making cities and other in game factors more important in whole process.

There is no chance to found you on IRC for some nice suggestion.
1. Its really sad when player with 1% online time kill one of the best rankers and any other player who have 20 30 40 50% online time . Player with so little online time is 99% dupe but you cant check and catch him if they use teamviewer . So where is justice for players who play this game , live by the game die by the game ?? So if i lose my eyes on typing code to be faster and online as much as i can , i dont wanna die from account who is 1% online .
So , what about to put easy option , IF ELSE(programing code you know what i am talking about) that account with 1-5% online time cant shoot account over 20% , account 1-10% online time cant shoot account over 40% and account with 1-15% online time cant shoot account over 50% online time . So lackey account still have it chance to shoot lackey account but not player who die on keyboard and lose his eyes on codes . This is justice for everyone and that is one way to stop one man army with dupes .
2. You change whole economy in game , bring us more money , easy money , more bullets and faster ranking , right ? So its very easy to have a pretty nice amount of bullets on Assasin Local Chief . So why you dont put some max limit on bullet shoot per rank ? Now you get situation same if Bruglion can shoot 120k for secure suiciding ? And Bruglione have limit on 60k , so put limit example ...swindler can shoot max 14k , assasin max 20k , LC max 40k(if sure that he can suriviev shoot of 40k) Chief max 60k .
Second suggestion is hard to setup , maybe not , but first suggestion you can setup in 1 hour , and you will bring justice to player who play this game .

30% online time is normal for people who like and play this game on a old way , who like to chat on irc spent time on it and on clicking , busting or anything else in game , some people planing there stuff because of ranking , canceling there dates , taking vacation from works , same as you with lackey dont wanna live and play like them , and that is ok , that is your way of playing , and nobody cant take away from you how you will play , but there need to know that people who play like you can kill people who play like you , its need to be different between who spent time on this game and who not . lol i only need firefox, i disconnet my home ip, change to other, do the dairly heist and if is a good heist i keep the money for myself
since iam the leader, transfer the money to another account using the poker and done. repeat this step on all my accounts, then i connect my main account with my home ip. all legal :D
