Well the situation is fucked up.. Brando is saying if they reset the table 500 m will be gone (players money) and if they don't, even the roulet table wont have a 500 m swing, so no one will own a roullie this vers..

Initially when the max bet was raised to 10 m notto only had 15 in pocket so they thought this situation would ve never happened
