Without the so called "pact" it would be few wars, if any. We have seen this in versions were the "pact" fams have been shot in the start. You get a shitty version with hugging fams ( Look at Xzone/Asfu/Turkuz etc. )

at first day when fams are up , they usually have peopel leaving and joining fam in order to gain fast family rank percentage , the bot cant simply keep up with that kind of speed , you have to be patient
