1st if Liberta plans a war they should give the objects promised to their shooting allys and not go tell they shooting allys that object is yours go get it they dont wanna give it back just to make more shit and more wars so you are not in danger .

i think its mostly cause of long bloodlists, with 9-10 bloods, and some are alliances, you will come to a point that you should choose one on another, or you will just watch them die since you have loads of bloods already.
Seems fams generally take bloods for safety but more bloods mean more responsibility and limits your possible actions.
Adding fams to your long bloodlist just to use them sounds like a perfect plan
