After an endphase that lasted 2.5 hours resulting in a victory for Ontario, round 25 has been announced with a new set of added game rules, looking to balance out the current metagame.

The new round of Omerta will start next Wednesday, 23 September at 10 OT.
For the next round we have added some new changes:
Obay:
- You can only buy X bullets per day, where X is the amount of bullets you bought from local bulletfactory the previous day
Jail:
- You will enter federal prison where buyout is much higher and you can't be busted by other players after your first 100 bust out attempts failed
- Everytime you reach your max. failed bust outs the limit will increase 10% after a 24h cooldown to restart
KA:
- Active accounts are harder to kill overall
- Shooting or getting shot in your family home city will give you even more attack boost (backfire in case of being shot)
Lottery:
- Every 10 tickets will double up the cost of the following ones
Family:
- HQs are now limited to 75 members total
- Capo regimes are limited to 15 people (14 members + 1 capo.)
- Regimes no longer have capo successors (if capo dies, all members go famless & spot is lost)
Bulletfactories:
- Prices are back to the old prices (local bullet factories will have prices between 300$ and 800$)
Lackeys:
- Only active accounts can hire Sluggs
Scratch and Win:
- Min requirements for S&W are: Pickpocket or 500 bust outs
City Spots Tax:
- If spots are bankrupt, the tax will go to Local Mob instead of having no tax
What are your thoughts on this? Will this restore balance to the current game that's heavily favored towards DC sales?

It is simply a lost goal. Past 2 years every new feature put in the game is simply based on pure desperation on keeping the game alive.

Weird bullet changes, this only escalates into more paypal dc purchases. Since you’ve implemented a ceiling to obaying bullets. Players will just buy paypal dcs for 500 bullets each purchase. It is simply a lost goal. Past 2 years every new feature put in the game is simply based on pure desperation on keeping the game alive.
+1 and all the changes have alsaw become more and more pay to win, New players into this game, will leave after one version played.

75HQ with 15ppl spots = 5 spots per fam = more fams. I guess admins officially abandonded the no sister-fams rule now. Or am I missing something?
