also, if a fam gets akilled, their whole fam base should get demoted to assassins. so as to next time they think again if they'll play in a cheating family
like it was mentioned earlier, Anarchy emptied their fam bank prior to getting akilled, low bullet count accs got akilled, so this is a minor setback if anything

yes, if it were easier to get strong accounts without having to rely on DCs and\or dupes, there wouldn't be as many cheaters... there are dupers funding main accounts because it's hard to get a strong account without duping or putting a lot of money in the game
