SOOOOO.....
As you guys may recall, lately Omerta has released some cool changes that will be implemented in their patch update.
So, today we bring you some more interesting and cool update to get you logged on and register for this round!

Thursday, 18 April at 11 OT.
In the next round we will have some important changes for you:
1. Casinos
- Bring back Gambling Office and casino ownership to users (read more at http://omerta.wiki/display/OMERTA/Casino);
- Fixed some UI issues and removed odd/even from NumbersGame;
- Added new "Management Panel" for owners of casinos, where you can see more details about who was betting on the casino (https://i.imgur.com/HBy3Hgf.png).
2. Account plating
Since people like to kill each other very early in version giving it a big advantage to families with higher numbers and closing the version earlier, we should allow the game to develop until there is at least Godfathers to make sure users can experience the full role-play of the game.
Milestones will work better, everything will work better once the game is able to develop from 1 war = 1 version.
- Every account is 2x harder to kill;
- Plating is gone for single user after user shoots 1 time;
- Plating is gone for all version 24 hours after the first Godfather is promoted.
3. Chat
- Split the side bar of chat;
- Ban search for group crimes in #general;
- Show game deaths as events on #general;
- @mentions are back, you can now autocomplete @users without typing the whole nick.
4. Jail
- Old captcha is back on jail page instead of reCaptcha.
As some of you know, we have created a small development plan in order to improve balance and dynamic of the game.
Plan is called BALANCE PATCH #1 (click here https://news.omertabeyond.net/2192 ) and it is available on our BETA (DM) server.
Changes from this plan are being updated to DM server as they are finalized. In case you want to know what is coming to .com and other servers you can join us on DM.
Reset page will go up tomorrow. When the reset page is up you can pre-register your character. Don't forget to keep in touch with other gangsters via our Facebook and Twitter pages. Until then, enjoy the last few days of reset fun!

So this plating is good for cheaters ey? Doesn't matter if you forget to check a few of your accounts and they got money in pocket, no one can/will kill the dupes anyway. Also the casinos works in favor of cheaters? All you gotta do is to get yourself a casnio and you can quite easily get money from dupes to your main. Too bad round started so close to eastern when I was too busy to play, even forgot to make suicide accounts that I planned. But next round, then I will get my dupe army ready. Looking for pact to join. \o/
