Summary
Krays opened up a family in Baltimore, despite the fact of Calabria=Campania making it closed and free of any new families to even think of opening up.
This lead Calabria&Campania in opening fire on Krays making it sucessfully in taking Krays out,
Hence, Calabria & Campania -VS- Krays (Fam Down)
At times like these, there are many mafia group of families which are seeking out to find a spot to open their family. At this instant, approximate 24 families are up and there is 1 more trying to make their way in and strive.
Sometimes, it takes a little research before taking any huge action which can impact a group of others also, in this case Krays a well known mafia group from the books of history, has forgotten the rules of it, they decided to make a mark in Baltimore and went ahead and opened up a family, just to find out that BALTIMORE IS CLOSED!
At this point, Calabria=Campania both sister/brother families took the pledge in making sure no one else gets a spot in Baltimore and they opened fire on Krays, making a successful attempt in taking the family out once and for all!
Krays - FAMILY DOWN!
Will there be any other mafia family who DARES to challenge Calabria & Campania ? Are you even thinking about rising up and opening a family in Baltimore?
Calabria and Campania have already started a war, and made a claim for them selves, will there be anyone offending this decision and coming up to reclaim what could be theirs?

It could have led to something bigger, either krays dont have any bloods or they didnt see it worth it to retaliate at this time. Seems to have been a silly move?!

Obviously you can but its bullshit like that that's ruining the game. No one can start a new small fam and try something new cuz always a fam with their dogs that have closed down the cities.
