Aeterna+ opened fire on Montenegro/Balance
The war began with the Godfather of Aeterna (Roflolmao) attempting to kill the First Lady of Montenegro (Havoc) and dying in her lethal backfire!
Assassino+ have joined in the conflict and are helping Aeterna while Horizon has now joined in on the Montenegro side to help out their friends!
Yakuza quickly joins in and aims at the attackers.
Several hours into the war we notice Syracuse and Difference are killing some rankers of Aeterna+
Solar Warden joins in pointing their tommies at Aeterna+
Update #1: The following morning after a counter-assault by Aeterna+, Salvatrucha starts attacking Assassino+ and starts the family Salva in Las Vegas.
Update #2: It seems Salvatrucha and Yakuza had problems of their own and decide to take up arms against each other. Horizon quickly responds and aids Yakuza; this results with the fall of Salvatrucha+

Salt over SMS not working aside, this has been more fun of a version than any of the 4.x ones. I'm on my 4th account and not even mad. Complain about the backstabbing of "blank" family all you want but it has resulted in what we have now. Large families can only backstab a certain amount of times before their honor will have lost all credibility and they will no longer be able to have 6+ bloods a version. It's definitely splintered alliances and apparently ruined friendships (based on the rage comments by anon's in here). In the long term survival of this game, that is a positive.
Despite Aeterna going down in this war, it's still difficult to see any clear winner moving forward. The necessity of holding a full city as a win condition gives other downed families the chance to re-rank and take back what they lost. Hopefully by the time a family is able to accomplish this, the playerbase will have grown significantly for next version.

I think the last big stab was against Colossal that backfired for them. I've joined them way after that, you can rest assured that if and when there are stabs again I'll make my opinion heard. I'm not married to Siberia btw, i've been in a number of other fams before I joined there the likes of Righelli, Agnitio and some others. They're not my only source of information either. Though I do enjoy hanging around their membchan a lot, so who knows maybe I am there to stay.
My problem with the Aeterna stabs isn't purely ethical btw, I do care about their players, I've been in Marangello in one of the first versions. When i came back in 3.3 I rejoined there and played with those guys up untill I left as top and founder of Aeterna. Broke my heart, but the way things were going were leading nowhere in my opinion.
There were multiple stabs of Marazzino and I never made much of them, but after the stabbing of the innercircle fams started(Colossal, Siberia, later Lusa) something changed for me. I think when you turn away your most loyal bloods that doesn't bring your members any good. You can see it this version. Siberia was stabbed and with that the only fam besides assassino that would've played with aeterna till the end. That doesn't make Siberia perfect, far from it. I'm not perfect either, I partook in the stabbing of Maraz without guilt, I've cheated and got akilled in this game. Stabbing one of the only bloods you can rely on just because they got bigger than you is just assanine though. It's really one of the stupidest moves I've seen in this game and I've seen a lot.
Now Aeterna is dead and friendless. The way it's looking is they're gonna have to pay for their move in versions to come. Which is fine for those members that rejoined to just play one crazy version. It fucks all your loyal hardcore members though, who now have to face the wrath of the stabbed in versions to come. There were a number of members dead set against it and Zina was one to make her opinion known, she got kicked for it and branded a traitor. You gotta think who has the best interests of your players in mind though, when the last bridges between fams that would stick by you are being burned leaving you open for everyone to attack.

I think the last big stab was against Colossal that backfired for them. I've joined them way after that, you can rest assured that if and when there are stabs again I'll make my opinion heard. I'm not married to Siberia btw, i've been in a number of other fams before I joined there the likes of Righelli, Agnitio and some others. They're not my only source of information either. Though I do enjoy hanging around their membchan a lot, so who knows maybe I am there to stay.
My problem with the Aeterna stabs isn't purely ethical btw, I do care about their players, I've been in Marangello in one of the first versions. When i came back in 3.3 I rejoined there and played with those guys up untill I left as top and founder of Aeterna. Broke my heart, but the way things were going were leading nowhere in my opinion.
There were multiple stabs of Marazzino and I never made much of them, but after the stabbing of the innercircle fams started(Colossal, Siberia, later Lusa) something changed for me. I think when you turn away your most loyal bloods that doesn't bring your members any good. You can see it this version. Siberia was stabbed and with that the only fam besides assassino that would've played with aeterna till the end. That doesn't make Siberia perfect, far from it. I'm not perfect either, I partook in the stabbing of Maraz without guilt, I've cheated and got akilled in this game. Stabbing one of the only bloods you can rely on just because they got bigger than you is just assanine though. It's really one of the stupidest moves I've seen in this game and I've seen a lot.
Now Aeterna is dead and friendless. The way it's looking is they're gonna have to pay for their move in versions to come. Which is fine for those members that rejoined to just play one crazy version. It fucks all your loyal hardcore members though, who now have to face the wrath of the stabbed in versions to come. There were a number of members dead set against it and Zina was one to make her opinion known, she got kicked for it and branded a traitor. You gotta think who has the best interests of your players in mind though, when the last bridges between fams that would stick by you are being burned leaving you open for everyone to attack.
