The Lusa family just got taken down after it's Don (and sotto who tried an escape to Tijana) got a-killed.
Many people are questioning the motives behind this a-kill, one of the admins had the following to say:
Ascii is not killed due to personal account abused, he found a bug in the system so his capos benefitted of it
that's why he got an akill, we will not revive the accounts he killed but we will discuss a compensation otherwise
Also some CD's (maybe all of them) from Lusa got demoted to Local Chief, so these accounts took advantage of the bug as well. The bug supposedly is used by more than just Lusa, it's just the fact that the CD's haven't demoted to Bruglione when having an empty regime, since they didn't do any manual action. Thus giving them the account strenght nessecary to survive.
The official revive rule states that people will only get revived if they have been killed within 3 days before the a-kill of their shooter, which for many of the gangsters comes too late.
How do you feel about this? Should the revive policy need a review? Should the person that fired over 2,5 million bullets and devestated so many accounts get a different punishment?

this is my cospiracy teory
they care only about dc's , lusa is the best buyer in this game, so ofc admins knew about bugs (i hope) but better run bugs and sell lots of dc's than close a version just started ( i wonder from when the bug was running) admins see dc's sell goes down, so to close the version they have to do somethings stupid like akill the biggest buyer fam , so everyone now are askin for reset, thats is what admins want :)

i dont blame crew for bug, that can happen (but that have not to happen) i dont blame them for dc's care, cuz in some way they have to earn money to run servers, but, lol, its possible every version have somethings that ruin everythings? have a bug? ok, send a crew message to all players and say, we are sorry, the version its just started and we find a bug, we will close it and keep your dc good for next version (if u buyed with rl money) then fix the bug and start again with a new version, but im not omerta owner so dunno what really is going on in their servers :D

Everyone should be demoted if the player doesn't have all requirements to stay/promote to CD. This bug-like thing has been discovered+used and it has been reported to the crew ages ago, but they will deny that no matter what.
So, in fact you could say there's been some abusing, because they used something which shouldn't be able to do. Which makes these Akills legit. Ok, where were & are the akills of all the families who (ab)used this thing too? I never saw akills for this bug in earlier versions, while it has been used pretty often. Same for this version.
And after all, this bug/glitchy thing has been reported to the crew, it is common known fact, so no fucking way crew didn't know this. Why didn't they fix it, why leave it in all versions for so long so people could still use it? I think this is just the crew to blame for this all. They didn't do shit when this bug got reported because they are too lazy and/or too incapable to do stuff. And fine, if they akill players for using this, they have to akill many more, and they should've done that in earlier versions too.
It's again a huge mistake of the crew, showing they are incapable of managing the game properly. It's also showing they prefer to akill a specific side of the players.

There is no difference between that.
A famless CD, even when offline, doesn't meet the requirements to be CD and therefore he should demote as well.

there is actually a difference between a famless CD who is offline and a CD who gets promoted each time and then move on a regime.
A famless CD would have to travel to kill which means he would demote and there wouldnt be a change to make him CD again by moving regimes around and stay offline again just for account strenght and thats a huge difference

it should but it cant be promoted again by switching regimes around to promote he would demote once travelling and not just fill up regime for 2 minuts and move to next

Same shit every version.
Cheaters (whether dupers, bug abusers, scripters others) get akilled towards the end of the version, after they have left an impact on a version.
Then the crew says: "Look we are awesome and actually akilling cheaters."
The killed players: "cry about the useless timing" and return next version.
It's good to keep some routines.
