After days of rumours and talks in the barafranca world, Pentagram+ and Persico decided to try to finish what they started in the first war.
Pentagram+ & Persico → Lucchese
The war is going slow and the attackers are suffering a lot of backfire kills so far.
Meanwhile Liggio & Ascension started their fight with Righelli again...
Lusa counters for Righelli.
Pentagram+ decides to turn it up a notch. After Lucchese has been killed, Pentagram+ opens fire on both Lusa and Righelli.
While taking hits, Lusa and Righelli manage to fire back and kill most of the active shooters.
A new night falls on omerta.

People might be complaining because the majority of your bloods are and always have been top 10 fams this version. 7 bloods, 6 of them basically always top 10. That's pretty excessive, especially considering you're #1 at the moment (and were top 3 most of the version).

This is exactly what we were trying to avoid. When you have to gangbang other families it always leaks which causes the other side to get their bloods ready to counter. Imagine a world where you could shoot someone without it leaking! It has happened before and it can happen again.
You have a mentality these days where you have to eliminate any family that you perceive as a threat as soon as you can so you gather as many families as you can to shoot them very early in the version which leaves all of your accounts bulletless and moneyless. Imagine a world where your accounts have enough bullets to not only finish the war you started but also enough bullets to handle any counter you may receive!
That is the whole idea. Small blood lines, full accounts, 1v1 wars, longer versions. But, you are right, it will never happen again. People are too scared. And don't try to play it off as if you aren't, because if you weren't scared you would let the game progress and see where it goes instead of forcing half ready accounts into an unnecessary war.
But, as you saw, even with our pledge of only taking 4 bloods, a VAST majority of families are so obsessed with winning an online game that they are too scared to follow suit.
And as someone else said, many families have some sort of connection to each other and go way back. But that does not mean you can't shoot them anyway. This is a game people! I remember wars where I've shot friends and sure they were upset initially, but we were all cool afterwards.
This is just a game. Play it without fear and play it honorably. The game is already 90% dead, do we really need to take it to 99% before we, the players, think about changing the way we do things?!

That's the whle point, because of the connections with other fams/tops, that some families wanted more 1v1 wars, instead of gangbangs, or 1v2 but atleast with even ratios. I don't remember what the exact ratios were at the start of the gangbang I think murderinc put up a comment of it somewhere in the article of the first war, but those odds were definitely not even. And that is the whole point, that everyone has the connections but shouldn't use them, just go 1 vs 1, no more gangbanging. But some people fail to understand that apparently, and that's what has killed yet another version after a single month of gameplay.

this massblooding started versions ago, first with affi and later with faffie. i think what you fail to see is it wont go back to the way it used to be. The game has sized to a incredible low amount of players, while alot of tops have a good network among eachother. this most certainly doesnt mean you need to be bloods but there is still a backdoor channel among these tops.
This goes for turks but dont get all patronising because lucchese and righelli using these same channels to influence "their" side of the game. All together i got to give credit to lucchese for trying to get other tops along with their "new code". but in the end the bloodlines of lucchesse & rigehelli stack just as many players as other pacts/sides/bloodlines.
So imo cut the crap and get along, when introduced with this massblooding (mostly the dutchies, no offense) there was no turning back from it. i hope you guys can except this and stop screaming here how you tried to change the world.

Which is what he means by 'an idiotic move driven by hate and fear', if the attacking fams had thought this through they would've realized they basically gave templari the win right here.
Basically some fams tried to improve the game with the pledge, by reducing the amount of bloods, and some fams which clearly do not need to be named were too dumb to realize that that was a change necessary to keep the game alive, and decided to keep up their massblooding and gangbanging, and by doing so kept the game shit instead of trying to improve it.

Completely agree with you Reborn. It's sad to see so many fams who were once respected and playing like pro's still gangbang a family that actually pledged to make this game a better game, to move onwards in a positive manner. Now these fams.. meh.. I can talk bullcrap about them all I want, but they're just not worth it to me anymore, it's just seriously sad.
I'm not totally convinced Templari won the version just yet, there's still some stuff that can happen, but the most likely scenario which we've seen for too many versions by now would indicate that fams will just die withing firing a single shot.
I'm hoping you're right and that all these silly fams will eventually find the brains to realise that gangbanging is meant for porn only.

I love how people talk about what Lucchese and Righelli would and would not do. I can understand the first war on Lucchese and Righelli, even though I think that war was a stupid move too, but this was just an idiotic move driven by hate and fear in my opinion.
We made a very public statement about changing the game play for the better. Even as other families around us that we considered threats didnt accept our challenge, we still kept to our word and reduced the amount of bloods because it was the right thing to do. Even as we were gangbanged in the first war, we still kept our word and didnt take on any new bloods. We had many offers, many options, but we hoped that we could help change the gameplay by the players for the better.
This game is dead and the players have only themselves to blame. You can complain about the admins all you want but its the players that mass blooding and gangbang wars. You should all be ashamed of yourselves. Even when families make a pledge, stick to that pledge, you are still too scared to play for yourselves.
You talk about what Lucchese was GOING to do, you talk about what Righelli was GOING to do, but in the end we are the ones that wanted smaller blooding and smaller wars. We were the ones who made the pledge and stuck to it. You can tell yourselves that we would have gangbanged you in the end but it will be a lie that helps you sleep better at night.
All this talk about what Aeterna and Faffie did in previous versions is just bullshit. Lucchese was not Aeterna and Lucchese was not Faffie.
Might we have shot Pentagram eventually? Maybe, if we had a reason to. We might have shot many families, if we were given a reason to. But we tried to play this version as if there was no past. I can tell you that if we shot those families, it would have been by ourselves, not with bloods and certainly not with a huge gangbang.

That's the whle point, because of the connections with other fams/tops, that some families wanted more 1v1 wars, instead of gangbangs, or 1v2 but atleast with even ratios. I don't remember what the exact ratios were at the start of the gangbang I think murderinc put up a comment of it somewhere in the article of the first war, but those odds were definitely not even. And that is the whole point, that everyone has the connections but shouldn't use them, just go 1 vs 1, no more gangbanging. But some people fail to understand that apparently, and that's what has killed yet another version after a single month of gameplay.

So Templari's bloods are Peccatori, Prime, Prophecy, Righelli, Ascension, Liggio, Lusa and Governing. Next to that they are in a channel together with the Vogue Alliance, if that beyond rumour is true. Considering it is , it basically means that all fams which aren't blooded to Templari have to team-up in order to only have a slight chance of winning.
Luckily for Templari's non-bloods all bloods of Templari have been in war with eachother, so the timing could be perfect.
Still, think of a scenario at which Templari's bloods would not have shot eachother. This extremely protection wall is just ridiculous.

Faffie? As far as i know they had 4bloods last version. And 5 before that again. I do remember one version where they overblooded(when Gamb won HoF), but they scaled it down and had the fewest bloods amongst top fams last version. Quite random hate/accusations vs them on these forume.

The game has sized to a incredible low amount of players, while alot of tops have a good network among eachother. this most certainly doesnt mean you need to be bloods but there is still a backdoor channel among these tops.

1. Fam numbers itself only tells half the story. If those fams happened to be fams #1 to #5.
2. Four or five fams with such a shrinking player and fambase is not really few. It is compared to affinitas and Turks, but compared to those problem fams 7 fams seems like an average blood number.
But yes, picking them is a bit random, they were no worse than other self-proclaimed top fams.

Faffie? As far as i know they had 4bloods last version. And 5 before that again. I do remember one version where they overblooded(when Gamb won HoF), but they scaled it down and had the fewest bloods amongst top fams last version. Quite random hate/accusations vs them on these forume.

LOL everyone is bitching about liggio and their blood web....but did anyone notice how many bloods does templari have? in a game where there were 32 fams ( if im not mistaken ) before the war...they had 7-8 bloods...they have played it safe all version...and hugged their way to the top...and these kind of fams keep ending up at the top when the version is over...shame

That's the whle point, because of the connections with other fams/tops, that some families wanted more 1v1 wars, instead of gangbangs, or 1v2 but atleast with even ratios. I don't remember what the exact ratios were at the start of the gangbang I think murderinc put up a comment of it somewhere in the article of the first war, but those odds were definitely not even. And that is the whole point, that everyone has the connections but shouldn't use them, just go 1 vs 1, no more gangbanging. But some people fail to understand that apparently, and that's what has killed yet another version after a single month of gameplay.

Completely agree with you Reborn. if you think you can get fams to go 1 on 1 wars you are crazy bro :p. its not gonna happen. let me give you a simple example why:
I attack lucchesse

Luchesse + bloods counter on me
-
my bloods counter on lucchesse bloods
- Result: me and lucchese die
So fams stick together and kill lucchesse and their bloods (most likely to counter) and spread the damage among several fams. Your solution is is way more exciting i agree, but it is ineffective and insufficient. High chance of getting killed and thus not first pick for many fams.
Not saying what is right or wrong, just showing the results of you solution. Which makes me wonder why there would be fams using this tactic. on top of that this tactic can only be succesfull if indeed everybody get a short bloodlist, so you could have known from the start it wouldnt work out

It's sad to see so many fams who were once respected and playing like pro's still gangbang a family that actually pledged to make this game a better game, to move onwards in a positive manner. I don't remember what the exact ratios were at the start of the gangbang I think murderinc put up a comment of it somewhere in the article of the first war, but those odds were definitely not even. And that is the whole point, that everyone has the connections but shouldn't use them, just go 1 vs 1, no more gangbanging. But some people fail to understand that apparently, and that's what has killed yet another version after a single month of gameplay.
if you think you can get fams to go 1 on 1 wars you are crazy bro :p. its not gonna happen. let me give you a simple example why:
I attack lucchesse

Luchesse + bloods counter on me

my bloods counter on lucchesse bloods
- Result: me and lucchese die
So fams stick together and kill lucchesse and their bloods (most likely to counter) and spread the damage among several fams. Your solution is is way more exciting i agree, but it is ineffective and insufficient. High chance of getting killed and thus not first pick for many fams.
Not saying what is right or wrong, just showing the results of you solution. Which makes me wonder why there would be fams using this tactic. on top of that this tactic can only be succesfull if indeed everybody get a short bloodlist, so you could have known from the start it wouldnt work out
That's the whole point that people were trying to make with the 1v1 concept that was supposedly written up by players for kcode, that it does not turn into a giant counter fuckfest by bloods, but instead it stays 1v1, but I guess like all other changes promised/announced we won't be seeing that either.

That ratios should remain even is nonsense in most scenarios though. If there is one thing the current KA doesn't allow for most mid-tier fams it's 1 vs 1 wars. Try and lead your fam into some similiar sized fam that's offline in their villa+sms, you won't get far. Not to mention the possibilities of counters from related families to the defender. There's nothing wrong with 2/3 vs 1 ratio, depending on the strength of the defending family.
Problem here arises when non-connected fams start banding together to make a giant force against 2 fams out of sheer fear without regard for future consequences.
Common with issue of bloods, many bloodships are formed as action/reaction. Fam A bloods Fam B, Fam C notices that and starts thinking about expending their influences and bloods Fam D, Fam E doesn't like that and bloods Fam F. Nothing but a endless cycle that usually goes to the point of dividing the entire game in 2/3 sides (Anyone remember the Grav+ vs Righelli+ versions?)
Silly pledges won't change anything and hell, seems Righelli already gave up on it mid-version, can't really blame them for it either. Only way to truly get rid of the blooding mentality is tweak the game enough that it forces families to go solo and get rid of the entire blooding concept.

LOL everyone is bitching about liggio and their blood web....but did anyone notice how many bloods does templari have? in a game where there were 32 fams ( if im not mistaken ) before the war...they had 7-8 bloods...they have played it safe all version...and hugged their way to the top...and these kind of fams keep ending up at the top when the version is over...shame
So Templari's bloods are Peccatori, Prime, Prophecy, Righelli, Ascension, Liggio, Lusa and Governing. Next to that they are in a channel together with the Vogue Alliance, if that beyond rumour is true. Considering it is , it basically means that all fams which aren't blooded to Templari have to team-up in order to only have a slight chance of winning.
Luckily for Templari's non-bloods all bloods of Templari have been in war with eachother, so the timing could be perfect.
Still, think of a scenario at which Templari's bloods would not have shot eachother. This extremely protection wall is just ridiculous.

The first one, Templari are not blood of Governing.
The second one, Templari don't have any channel with Vogue alliance.
Keep in mind that Templari have shoted Invunerable when they are not bulletless, have shot Gravano defending bloods and have shot Pentagram defending bloods too.
I don't know why everyone is talking about Templari bloods when we have a huge turkish pact to "struggle" the top familys.
