I didn't accuse them, I've used the term "website" on my previous comment, demonstrating what happens on all websites where fraud is commited.
I am giving them the chance to make things right, fair, as they should be, by letting them know now. They can solve this easily.
And yes, I'll repeat it, consumer Law does trash all all game terms, all website terms. I'll give you this example: someone creates a website and writes on the disclaimer: "we are not responsible if purchases are made with stolen money, we won't give any refunds" - yes they are responsible and yes they have the obligation to refund. There's a reason why consumer Law exists, so everyone complies with it.

This has nothing to do with the game terms, in case you don't know, there's something called consumer Law, which completely "trashes" the "game terms" when it comes to hierarchy. When a website accepts stolen money and KNOWS that money is stolen they are complying with fraud and fraud on the internet is considered a crime, plus reimbursements will be made, because they obviously have to return all the stolen money. Simple as that.

The example you gave is right. But in this case here, did the admins make a disclaimer about accepting stolen money? NO. Do they know about it? No. How can they know? If u have evidence or make a ticket they can look into it. Also you need to accept the fact that the consumer law can be deviating. It is not just black and white as you describe it.
