I tested it and if you shoot 60k bullets you do about 15-20 more blood damage to your enemy as opposed to having 0% KS.

15-20 for what? 100% ks vs 0% ks?

Someone shooting the same target with same guards/bullets but 0% KS = 40 blood left
Someone shooting the same target with same guards/bullets but 100% KS = 20 blood left

Offcourse its hard to test it exactly but it definately has a effect.

Didn't anyone tell you the 300 RP limit never worked? You were just fooled by the fact that the 300% RP limit was only a visible limit, but in the database the rankprogress just continued. Admins even admitted the RP Limit never worked.
