Conflict is blooded with AsFu now. AsFu made the move to survive from Marazzino as it seems :) but why Conflict blooded them? really interesting.
Liberta working with Kuro and Vinci, so don't expect any move from Kuro against Vinci-Conflict pact, unless they shoot a random family for objects etc.

More bullets is certainly not slowing down the amount of wars, it has been a very good change.
