Bulletfactories have become pretty useless with sluggs nowadays, you pay the bf holder 7 mil to produce around 27k bullets. That same 7 mil will generate 17k with sluggs. Not rly worth to start a war over imo ...

3.2 started on 25 February, same day our renewed site was launched. That means that war started 51 days into the version. If you compare that to the start of this version you would get 5 February, so if the war starts within 19 days we're faster than last version.
